miRNA RT-qPCR service

TOOLS provides miRNA RT-qPCR detection services that offer rapid, highly sensitive, and specific analysis of mature microRNA (miRNA) expression. With just one cDNA preparation, quantification and analysis of mature miRNA expression can be conducted. The TOOLs miRNA RT-qPCR primer/probe set used in this service includes specific primers and probes designed for the detection and quantification of mature miRNA. This system employs a stem-looped system for reverse transcription (RT) and utilizes probe-based qPCR to enhance the accuracy of miRNA detection. The miRNA set can distinguish between mature miRNA sequences and precursors, offering an efficient and accurate approach for miRNA quantification.
miRNAs have extensive application value in research, acting as regulators of intercellular communication and biological processes, thus playing a crucial role in various life science domains. Particularly, they are gaining increasing attention for their significance in studying molecular mechanisms underlying disease development, early disease diagnosis, drug development, and biomarker identification.
We focusing on the analysis of mature miRNAs. This RT-qPCR system, we possess abundant experience in sample RNA processing and provide miRNA RT-qPCR analysis services. In this service, we provide spike-in templates as sample extraction and RT-qPCR quality control to make sure experiment reliability. Not only does this contribute to exclusive quantification of mature miRNA, but it also eliminates interference from precursors, ensuring the accuracy of the results.

We also offer panels for various diseases, allowing you to obtain experiment results for over 16 targets in a single run. Each panel also includes two spike-in controls (cel-miR-238-3p, cel-miR-39-3p) and two internal controls (hsa-RNU6B, SNORD48), ensuring more accurate experimental data and saving your valuable time and costs!
